

ICP FOUNDATION
Context
ICP Foundation is a youth-led CIC championing personal development for young people through workshops, events and programmes focused on creativity, ambition and community. I led the development of the brand visual identity and website, with the goal of creating a system that felt energising, aspirational, and authentic to youth culture. The identity needed to resonate with schools, funders, and the young people themselves, reflecting the organisation’s mission to nurture talent and create opportunity.
ART DIRECTION
Inspired by varsity iconography and youth club nostalgia - a direct nod to ICPlayz, the basketball-led initiative that came before the ICP Foundation; the ICP visual identity blends playful iconography with strategic structure . A custom brand pattern, badge-style logo and layered type treatments reference sports and academic motifs, while the bold colour palette (burgundy, orange, mustard, forest green and cream) reflects charisma, energy and depth. The result is a vibrant but professional identity that feels trustworthy without losing its spark.
The website continues this tone — balancing information, community storytelling and calls to action — making it clear that ICP is a place for growth, empowerment, and real-world impact.
