I’m Dorrina Efah — a London-based Brand Specialist and Creative working with people and brands of culture and purpose to shape meaningful, resonant experiences.
My background spans a BA in Graphic Communication and an MA in Design & Branding (Distinction), where my work moved beyond traditional design into brand strategy, storytelling and design-led thinking. Since then, I’ve built a multi-disciplinary practice across design, experience design, content creation and creative project management; all rooted in thoughtful strategy, strong visual communication and a commitment to meaningful impact.
My work covers visual identity and design systems, experience design (from events and activations to PR moments and physical touchpoints), and content creation, including short-form video and visual storytelling. I’m particularly interested in how brands show up in the real world — how environments, moments and narratives come together to create connection, emotion and trust.
Across my work in branding, marketing and creative direction, I take an intentional, culturally aware approach — one that’s rooted in clarity, craft and human insight. I’m drawn to projects that centre people, reflect lived experience and aim to create genuine impact rather than noise.
At the core of everything I do is a belief that creativity is more than aesthetics — it’s a tool for connection, representation and change. And when used thoughtfully, it has the power to shape experiences people remember and communities can grow around.
